The female reproductive system

The ovaries: 

produce egg cells

The uterus:

is an organ with muscular walls where a fertilised egg cell develops into a fetus

The cervix:

is a narrow part of the uterus that leads to the vagina

The fallopian tubes:

connect the ovaries with the uterus. The egg cell travels along them.

The vagina:

is a muscular canal that leads from the vulva to the uterus.
